production process. We put quality first, beginning with the
submission of a quote response, opening solid lines of communication
between ourselves and a potential customer. Upon acceptance of a
quote, all information is reviewed to ensure your product is produced
correctly the first time with a carefully worked out production
plan. When the machine is set up and ready to run, we begin with a
first-piece inspection to ensure that process capability is met from the
start. From then on it is the responsibility of our highly trained
machinists to do visual and gauge checks both on a set schedule and as
needed. Our gauge-control system ensures that critical dimensions are
continually monitored through proper statistical
procedures.
Partnered
with the automotive industry, We use SPC as the backbone to our quality
program, along with FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis) and a
pre-production design program. These processes assure our
customers their product will meet all quality requirements.
